Will my card details be safe?

All card transactions are processed directly by Worldpay, using their secure payment system. Our site is fully secured using 128bit encryption provided by Thawte. The MoreFrom Group do not keep a record of your card details as they are captured directly by Worldpay.

 

What is a verified by VISA and Mastercard secure code?

These schemes are a new service that let you shop online with added confidence. Through an easy to use security process the two schemes confirm your identity when you make purchases from the MoreFrom Group and other participating online stores. It is convenient and works with your existing cards. You register your cards just once and create your own password. When you make a purchase at participating online stores a special verify window will appear, simply enter your password and click submit, Your identity is then verified and the purchase is secure. Some credit cards may give you the option of signing up for the scheme during the purchasing process. Otherwise to activate the scheme for your card, or to learn more about the service please contact the bank or financial institution that issued your cards.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

The MoreFrom Group accepts all major credit and debit cards.

PayPal is also available for payments via your account or credit/debit cards. Please use PayPal to pay with American Express. Every credit/debit card transaction is made via a secure server and is completely safe.

Can I add additional items to my order once the order has been placed?

We are unable to add additional items to orders once they have been placed, as we do not hold any of your card details on our system. All transactions go through a secure server with WorldPay. Please place another order.

I am taking the goods I purchased abroad, Can I claim back VAT?

The MoreFrom Group do not supply VAT rebate forms as goods purchased over the internet are exempt from the VAT rebate scheme.
